Product Description

Mido brand series light scraper has novel and reasonable structural design and good internal quality. It can be used with sleeve roller chain or light welded bent chain for conveying material with light weight and small output.

● The flange is welded by mold positioning, and the installation precision is high;

● The parts are controlled by CNC laser, with small error and good assembly precision;

● The head gear tooth surface is subjected to high frequency quenching, wear resistance and increased service life;

● Gas shielded welding at the weld;

● The head wheel adopts split type, which can be easily replaced and disassembled;

● The head is divided into shells for easy maintenance;

● There is a quick-opening observation door at the head and tail, which is quick to open and close, well sealed, and free from dust leakage;

● Equipped with blocking and stall alarm emergency parking device;
 
● The mounting bolts are hot-dip galvanized;
 
● The welding curved plate chain and the sleeve tweezers chain guide adopt a figure-eight shape, and the scraper plate is integrally rubbed to improve the service life of the chain and the scraper piece;
 
● The reducer adopts the form of orthogonal shaft, which makes the power part structure compact and reasonable, and reduces the installation space.
