Product Description
Mido brand TGSS series large buried scraper conveyor adopts nm360, nm400 or 65Mn spring steel as wear-resistant lining. It adopts heavy-duty welded bent chain or die forging chain as conveying guide chain, equipped with speed measuring, anti-blocking and anti-breaking chain. The safety protection device, the head and tail wheel adopts the split structure, the whole machine design introduces foreign advanced technology, and combines China's national conditions to lead the domestic transportation machinery enterprise.
It has an access door and an observation door to facilitate the maintenance and repair of the user.

Scraper conveyor

● The head wheel adopts split type, which can be easily replaced and disassembled;

● There is a quick-opening observation door at the head and tail, which is quick to open and close, well sealed, and free from dust leakage;
● Equipped with blocking and stall alarm emergency parking device;
● The mounting bolts are hot-dip galvanized;
● The welding curved plate chain and the sleeve tweezers chain guide adopt a figure-eight shape, and the scraper plate is integrally rubbed to improve the service life of the chain and the scraper piece;
● The reducer adopts the form of orthogonal shaft, which makes the power part structure compact and reasonable, and reduces the installation space.
