GB/T988-1991 series of cylindrical sieve is applied for the cleanup after the harvest of corn, wheat, rice, soybeans and other grains. It can meet the quality requirements of raw grain to be stored; it also can be used for the initial clean-up of particulate material in other industries.
Our cylindrical sieve takes the cleanup methods of using double-cylinder continuous screening and exit air separation. Continuous screening is based on the density, thickness and size of the material separate net grain and impurities. Air separation separates net grain and impurities on different proportions of the materials. Its process is: unprocessed grain into the bucket, automatically flow into the inner screen cylinder, materials smaller than the eyelet of the cylinder fall into the outer screen cylinder, larger ones stay and flow into the large miscellaneous export. materials falling outside the inner screen cylinder gets screened by the outer screen cylinder, materials smaller than the eyelet of the outer cylinder fall into the small miscellaneous export, materials leaving at the outer screen cylinder (net grain) flow to the end and into the net grain export, and during free fall, the vertical positive pressure air flow blow away or suck the light impurities to make the net grain meet the quality requirements.
